Hello Yogis, A personal YouTube channel is my latest exploration into the virtual world and I’m very excited about it.
I'm planning to post three times a week. A first offering will be MOD Mondays, a series that reviews different modifications for tight, injured, fatigued bodies, or those with restricted range of motion. On Wednesdays, my goal is to offer a short class that will get you over the hump of the week. I haven’t come up with a good name for these classes yet. Perhaps something like “Wacky Wednesday” - I am open to suggestions :). Finally, I am planning a weekly “Friday Flow” to help you ease into the weekend.
