As we move into the new year, this is a perfect time to think about how we align and connect our mind, body and lifestyle. Sometimes we feel disconnected. This happens when our thoughts and ideas don’t match our actions. Or, when our body doesn’t look, feel or perform the way we want it to. There could even be times when our emotions feel out of control for no particular reason. During my February 2020 Holistic Wellbeing Winter Yoga Retreat, we will be looking into the ways in which we can create, shape and maintain the mind-heart-body connection that we are all longing for.
This exclusive winter retreat will be held at the Red Poppy Retreat Center. The Red Poppy’s unique space offers ample opportunity for engaging in diverse self care practices, to relax and recharge in the depth of winter. You can book a massage, swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, take a winter walk, connect with other participants, enjoy tea time, or read a book. The retreat location is easily accessible from Ann Arbor (34 miles), Commerce (10 miles), and West Bloomfield (17 miles) Highlights

Accommodations The Red Poppy Retreat Center is a beautiful hideaway located North of M-59 in Highland, Michigan (34 miles from Ann Arbor, 10 miles from Commerce, 17 miles from West Bloomfield). The secluded lakefront property is surrounded by 12 wooded acres, perfect for a winter walk. The indoors offer quiet reading nooks, a swimming pool and a hot tub.

Cancellation Policy Full payment due upon reservation. If you yourself find a new participant to take your spot, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking 2 to 4 weeks prior to February 27, $100 of the full price you paid is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking 2 weeks prior or less, the full price you paid is non-refundable.
