Description ~ Free your hips and shoulders from the stress and tension of your daily activity. Whether we are active or sitting all day, we store stress, emotional trauma and old energy in these parts of our body. This often creates stiffness, pain, restricted mobility and possibly injury.
In this workshop, we will explore a variety of postures and movements that will allow us to access these parts of the body safely, no matter our level of flexibility or experience.
Join me for this 2 hour workshop that will open up your hips and shoulders to help you gain strength and flexibility. Learn the dos and don'ts for your every-day yoga practice. All levels welcome.
