Description ~ Come join me in this workshop where through movement, meditation, group discussion and free expression we will explore how yogic practices and concepts like presence, non-attachment, and ritual can free us of these obstacles and help us find our creative voice.

Yoga ~ Wine ~ Chocolate Workshop

Description ~ Break up the Ann Arbor winter by getting cozy and find relaxation by gently moving your body and narrowing your focus on the divine complexities of wine and chocolate. A 60 min gentle hatha yoga class w/ a touch of yin and a dash of restorative (no experience needed). Followed by a wine tasting lead by The VinBar. Each wine will be paired with complimenting chocolate.

Valentine's Day Partner Yoga Workshop

Couples yoga can also increase the language of intimacy for couples by giving them nonverbal ways of expressing their feelings. This two hour couples workshop with Carter explores the practices of yoga with your partner for a unique experience that will make you both smile. Can you think of a better way to celebrate Valentine's day ?
